USD 231 technology staff made upgrades to the school district network recently. Technology staff spliced and re-routed fiber and phone lines into the district administration building. The re-route was necessary due to water leaking into the building, a memo from Andy Price, district technology director, to school board members said.
Tech staff also installed new network equipment at Pioneer Ridge Middle School and Sunflower and Madison Elementary Schools.
They also installed new projectors and audio systems in Moonlight Elementary School group rooms. The new equipment should create better quality video and audio.
