NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Gardner, Kansas will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following items:
Z-18-06: Rezoning of 42.4 acres at the southern intersection of W. 183rd Street and the extension of S. Poplar Street from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to R-4 Mixed-Density Residential District (Tax ID CF221435-3001).
Consideration of text amendments to various chapters of Title 17 Land Development Code of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding regulations impacting garage and driveway configuration for duplex building type and street trees.
