Kenneth Carl Dailey, 72, of Gardner, KS, passed away December 15, 2014 at Olathe Medical Center.
Kenny was born January 28, 1942 in Kansas City, Kan. to Marie Margaret (DuPont) and William Peter Dailey. He grew up in Overland Park and moved to Gardner in 1972. He worked for the Lenexa Water Department for twenty years and then retired from Mission Lumber Yard. Kenny married Joyce Elaine West on May 6, 2002 in Eureka Springs, Ark.. He was an outdoors person who liked hunting and fishing. Kenny enjoyed farming, especially raising cattle. He was an excellent handy man for his family, friends and neighbors. Kenny will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Theresa Gast. Kenny is survived by his wife Joyce of the home, brothers Edward Dailey of Gardner and Donald Dailey of Ottawa and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephew.
