Abby Buie won the pole vault and javelin titles leading the Gardner Edgerton High School lady Blazers effort at a home Invitational last week.
Buie cleared 10-feet to win the pole vault competition and threw the javelin 126-feet, 9-inches for another gold medal.
Cortlyn Tryon also had a big day winning the 200 meters in 26.49 seconds and taking second in the 400 meters in 1:01.47.
Kayla Burcham cleared second in the pole vault, and Heather Culbertson took third in the javelin.
Another silver medal went to Abby Lane in the 300 hurdles in a time of 49.4 seconds. Lane also took fourth in the 100 meter hurdles in 17.5 seconds.
Lauren Highfill took fourth in the 300 meter hurdles in a season-best 49.9 second clocking. Dacia Harris of Olathe East won in a time of 48.7 seconds, followed by Lane in 49.4 and Holly Webb in a time of 49.8 seconds.
In the relays, the Blazers took third in the 400 and fourth place in the 1600 and the 3200 relays.
Faith Jolly took fourth in the long jump, and Cassidy Androff also took fourth in the shot put with a toss of 35-feet. Marissa Gray took fifth in the discus with a toss of 103-feet 4-inches.
