Sealed bids will be received online at, until 11:00 a.m. local time, on July 26, 2022, forthe construction of (Stagecoach and Sleepy Hollow Drive Stormwater Improvements), Project No. 2-C-011-20. At said time and place, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened online at The work consists of the following: Upsizing the existing box culverts, inlets and replacing the existing corrugated metal pipes (CMP) with reinforced concrete pipe in the Stagecoach Meadows Subdivision. CMP pipes that remain will be lined with centrifugally-cast concrete. Water main will be relocated to facilitate the storm sewer improvements. Sidewalk, pavement replacement, curb and gutter, grading, tree removal and replacement, fencing, lawn restoration, and erosion control will be included. The project includes the area bound by Indian Creek, Stagecoach Drive, Lennox Drive, Sunvale Drive and Winterbrooke Drive.
