No action was taken after three executive sessions were held by the Gardner City Council at their Feb. 15 meeting.
Following the final executive session, they resumed the meeting and immediately made a motion to adjourn.
1. Recessed into executive session pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319 (b) (2), to discuss matters of attorney-client privilege related to a proposed development project for 30 minutes.
2. Recessed into executive session pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319 (b) (2), to discuss matters of attorney-client privilege related to a proposed development project for 10 minutes.
3. Recessed into executive session pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319 (b) (2), to discuss matters of attorney-client privilege regarding the Big Bull Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant contract for 20 minutes.
According to Sharon Rose, Gardner city clerk, no action was taken except to adjourn following the closed sessions.
