The Mayor’s 2021 State of the City speech will be released on Feb. 18 at 6 p.m.
Due to the continuing high number of coronavirus cases, the annual speech will be pre-recorded and released on the City’s social media pages and linked through our website at edgertonks.org.
Don Roberts, Edgerton mayor, will discuss progress in 2021 and reminds residents how far Edgerton has come in just a few short years.
While COVID-19 definitely put a damper on the past year, Edgerton has continued to thrive thanks in large part to many of the essential businesses that call LPKC home. The city saw several companies announce that they would bring new jobs to Edgerton.
Edgerton continues to lead the region for warehousing and distribution. Projects in the residential side are also getting back on track. The 207th Street Grade Separation Project will break ground in just a few short weeks, and city staff are making plans to safely gather public input on the Glendell Acres Park renovations. Due to the continuing high number of coronavirus cases, the annual speech will be pre-recorded and released on the City’s social media pages and linked through our website at edgertonks.org.
