Parents can have an evening to themselves while the kids have a fun-filled time during an early February program being planned at the Roland Park Community Center by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Physical distancing and COVID-19 safe practices will be observed during this program.
This program is called Kids’ Night Out, and is for ages six to 12. “Mermaid Party” is the theme for this session, which will include playing games, making new friends, and more! Dinner is included. Kids’ Night Out will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5, at the Roeland Park Community Center, 4850 Rosewood Dr., Roeland Park. The cost for one two-and-one-half-hour event, including dinner, is $15 per person for Johnson County residents or $17 per person for nonresidents.
