PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been filed by Phelps Engineering, Inc., applicant, and Gardner Holdings, LLC, landowner, for Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for two residential lots, on 80.5 acres, on property zoned RUR, Rural District, in Section 1, Township 15, Range 21, McCamish Township, Johnson County, Kansas, located at 19880 Edgerton Road.


The public hearing on this application will be held on January 27, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting through Zoom Webinar for the public as further detailed below.


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, due to social distancing requirements during the coronavirus health crisis, to avoid in-person meetings, the meeting on January 27 shall be conducted as an online meeting by a medium of interactive communication (Zoom Webinar).


PARTICIPATION: Details and instructions regarding how the public can participate in a Zoom online meeting will be posted on the County website one week prior to the Zoning Board meeting on January 27, 2021, at the following online address.


You are encouraged to check the website at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting for any updates.


Any person desiring to give evidence, comment, or testimony regarding the application is encouraged to call or email the Planning Department prior to the date of the public hearing. The Planning Department will provide all comments and questions received to the Southwest Consolidated Zoning Board and the comments will be made part of the public record.
