PUBLICATION SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 19-64, PASSED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OLATHE, KANSAS ON THE 15th DAY OF OCTOBER 2019.
On October 15, 2019, the Governing Body of the City of Olathe, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 19-64 amending certain sections of Title 18 of the Olathe Municipal Code pertaining to the Unified Development Ordinance and repealing the same existing sections. Sections 18.20.070, 18.20.080, 18.20.090, 18.20.100, 18.20.120, 18.20.130, 18.20.140, 18.20.150, 18.20.160, 18.20.180, 18.20.190, 18.20.200 and 18.20.210 were amended to clarify setback requirements; Section 18.20.110 was amended to clarify permitted uses; Section 18.20.230 was amended to clarify which building design standards apply. Sections 18.20.500, 18.30.070, 18.50.220, 18.60.020 were amended to provide clarity for the reader.
