Coach Courtney Galley
Sept. 9 the Mustangs traveled to PRMS to face the Jaguars.
Although the Mustangs didn’t come out with the win, the girls played hard and had some great defensive plays.
Michela Chrisjohn kept the team pumped up and had some good pick ups in the front row. Amara Beck had some solid consistent serves that kept the momentum.
The JV team traveled to PRMS to face the Lady Jags as well.  Although the Ladies fell to the lady Jags they didn’t do it without a fight.  Leading in serving was Mariah Reeves and Hope Kabreal.  Reeves, Kabreal and Ava Wichart all had some aces.  Wichart set the ball up nicely for Ashley Sanders to deliver some good hits and had some great defensive digs.
It was definitely a Monday for the seventh grade varsity volleyball girls
against Pioneer Ridge.  They lost the first two games, but picked it up and took the lead in the third game. They were tied back and forth all the way to 15  points when Pioneer took over and finished 15-25. Leading servers were Emmie Holle with nine serves and one ace and Addy Holle with seven serves and two aces.
The seventh grade JV team played the PRMS Jaguars as well. Each game, the girls are making huge strides and improvements towards being better athletes and team members. The Mustangs fell short game one with a score of 14 to 25.
The next two games did not go in WMS favor, leading to an overall win for
PRMS. The girls worked hard to get some rallies and improved their overall passing during the games. They finished strong.
