Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Edgerton, Kansas, will hold a Public Hearing at their regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Edgerton City Hall, 404 E. Nelson Street, Edgerton, Kansas at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place the public may be heard in regards to the Conditional Use Permit of the following described real property situated in the City of Edgerton, Johnson County, Kansas to wit:

Mico Incorporated, applicant representative, for the property located at 36450 Frontage Road requests approval for a Conditional Use Permit for two billboard signs on the following real property, as noted and described:

All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 15 South, Range 22 East, Johnson County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right of way line of I-35 Highway and the North line of the southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 15 South, Range 22 East, said point being 1,017.6 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter for a point of beginning; thence West along the North line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1,631.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Quarter; thence South along the West line of said Quarter Section a distance of 904.4 feet to the Northerly right of way line of I-35 Highway; thence Northeasterly along said right of way along a curve to the right having a radius of 11,609.2 feet for a distance of 1,516.2 feet to a point 153.7 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence continuing Northeast along said right of way a distance of 344.8 feet to the point of beginning.
