On December 13, 2018, the City of Edgerton, Kansas adopted Ordinance No. 1096 authorizing the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds (Kubota North America Corporation Project) Series 2019, in an aggregate maximum principal amount of not to exceed $100,000,000, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and equipping a commercial project, consisting of two approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft. warehouse, office, manufacturing and distribution facilities, to be located on approximately 205 acres of land near the northeast corner of 207th Street and Homestead Lane in Edgerton, Kansas, for the benefit of Kubota North America Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
