Pam was born on September 10, 1954 in Lyons, Kan. She grew up and graduated in Chase, Kan in 1973. After graduation she married Bryan L. Capps, the love of her life and eternal soul mate on October 28, 1976. They lived outside of Great Bend, Kan where they raised their two children.
They were members of Free Will Baptist Church, owned two Mexican restaurants, enjoyed yard work, and being surrounded by family and friends. In 1999 they moved to Spring Hill, Kan where she worked for the state park of Hillsdale. She spent the majority of her life taking care of her family, as that is what she enjoyed doing most (besides going to the casino). She was a very faithful child of God and loved him above all. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend. She was an amazing cook, loved spending time with her grandchildren and loved to talk on the phone. She received happiness from helping others and would give and do anything for anyone. All that knew her felt the love that came from her.
