Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Gardner, Kansas will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the Gardner Senior Center, 128 E. Park Street in consideration of the following item:

BZA-17-01: A Variance request from the Land Development Code Section 17.07.040, Detached House-Suburban, Rear Building Placement (setback), to allow for construction of a covered patio at 16125 Canton Street.
