The Blazers celebrated homecoming with a thrilling 19-13 overtime win over Blue Valley Northwest last Friday night.
Gardner Edgerton went up 7-0 at halftime and held a 13-7 advantage in the third quarter before Northwest scored to tie the game at 13-13 at the end of the third quarter.
After a scoreless fourth quarter, Northwest gained first possession on overtime but failed to score. The Blazers capitalized when Hunter Skeens scored the game winning touchdown.
Now 3-3. GEHS hopes to continue its winning ways at home Friday night against Blue Valley West.
