Using balanced scoring, the Trailridge seventh and eighth grade boys teams won team titles at their home track triangular last week.
Both girls teams took third place in a meet that included Baldwin and Louisburg.
For the seventh grade boys, gold medals went to Riley Pemberton (31’11” shot put), Quenton Walion (pole vault 7’3”), Jack Lott (1600, 5:38.45), Kellen Kueser (400, 1:04.34), Tyler Halbrook (800 meters, 2:24.9), and the 800 and sprint medley relays.
For the eighth grade boys, earning golds were Brett Harding (long jump, 18’8”), Dayton Williams (high jump, 5’0”), Will DeBolt (3200, 12:28.4), Owen Krouch (110 hurdles, 17.2), Jakob Renaud (100 meters, 11.9), Harding (200 meters, 24.6), and the 400 meter relay team.
For the seventh grade girls, silver medals went to Jasmine Walker (pole vault), Catrice Ndambuki (hurdles), and the 400 and sprint medley relays.
In the eighth grade girls competition, the lone gold came from the sprint medley team of Emma Bolton, Emily Reddin, Hailey Morris and Sadie Watkins.
Silvers were awarded to Payton Outler (shot put and discus), Anna Tropansky (pole vault) and Morris (400 meters).
