Dylan Brenneman made the most of his Shawnee Mission North Relay appearance setting Spring Hill records in both the 1600 and 3200 meter races.
Brenneman, a junior, finished second in the 1600 meters in a time of 4:17.8 breaking his own school record mark set at the KU Relays earlier this season. He took fourth in the 3200 meters in a new record time of 9:38.78. That record was previously held by Miles Acinger in 2006.
The Broncos also ran well at the Wellsville Relays last week.
Nathan Ewing led the way clearing 5’10” to win gold.
Silver medals went to Roiel Swift (300 hurdles, 41.92 seconds), and Ewing in the 110 hurdles in a time of 16.03.
Swift added third place points in the long jump leaping 20’1.”
