The Spring Hill boys track team turned in top performances at its annual home triangular last week.
Providing competition were Baldwin and Osawatomie. No team scores were kept, but Spring Hill clearly dominated the events.
Gold medals went to Nathan Ewing (high jump, 5’10”), Xavier Swift (triple jump, 37’2”), Trey Mathis (3200, 11:14.1), Grant Reinking (discus, 120’0”), Roiel Swift (long jump, 20’6”) and 300 hurdles (41.4 seconds) and the 1600 relay team of Roiel Swift, Lucas Moore, Parker Allred and Ty Straw (3:35.2).
Silver medals were awarded to Wyatt O’Leary (pole vault, 11’0”), James Barnett (100 meters, 11.8 seconds), Joel Oberkrom (3200, 12:03.1), Jacob Letellier (110 hurdles and 300 hurdles), Sam Arnold (shot put, 44’10”), Allred (400 meters, 54.4 seconds) and Ty Straw (200, 24.1 seconds).
