Easter comes a bit early this year, Sunday, March 27, but there are still a number of egg hunts and visits from the Easter bunny planned for the surrounding area.
Easter Bunny to visit Edgerton
The Easter Bunny will be at Edgerton’s Martin Creek Park Saturday, March 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is free to the public.
Children 10 and under will be divided by age to search in different locations.
Eggs will be hidden throughout the park, 20200 Sunflower Road.
Rainout date is March 26.
After the egg hunt, participants are welcome to enjoy refreshments and a moon bounce.
The event is sponsored by the city and Edgerton Girl Scouts.
Legion Auxiliary hosts egg hunt
Children ten and under are invited to the annual American Legion Auxiliary Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Cornerstone Park, just south of the Gardner Aquatic Center, 215 N. Center.
The event is free and will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, rain or shine. Candy and prizes will be provided.
The event is sponsored by the LeRoy Hill American Legion Auxiliary Unit
Egg hunt at SH sports complex
There will be an Easter egg hunt at the Spring Hill Sports Complex at 1 p.m. on March 26.
The event is sponsored by the Spring Hill Recreation Commission. There will be hotdogs and prizes.
The event is free to the public.
