NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING by the Southwest Consolidated Zoning Board, Johnson County, Kansas, on Application by Thomas G. Steele, applicant/landowner, for: 1) Conditional Use Permit for accessory buildings prior to a primary building, and that exceed the size and number of buildings allowed; and 2) Exception from the Vehicle and Equipment Storage requirements of Article 18, 7, C, 2, on land zoned PRU1B, Planned Residential Urban 1B District, on property located at 15240 Lake Road 12, in Section 12, Township 14, Range 22.  Said hearing thereon will be held on September 23, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at the Senior Citizens’ Community Center, 128 E.
