NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Gardner, Kansas will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following items:
Case No. Z-15-04: Proposed rezoning of approximately 2.67 acres from C-2 – General Commercial District to M-2 – General Industrial District for property located at 30000 W. 191st Street. (tax ID CP81800000 0002)
Case No. Z-15-05: Proposed rezoning of approximately 26.24 acres from A – Agricultural District to C-2 – General Commercial District for a portion of the property located at the northeast corner of 167th Street and Waverly Road. (SW portion of tax ID CF221414-2003)
Case No. Z-15-06:  Proposed rezoning of approximately 1.5 acres from R-1 – Single-Family Residential District, R-5 – Apartment House District and C-1 – Central Business District to CP-2 – Planned General Business District (property tax ID CF221423-4008, CF221423-4010, CF221423-4032, CF221423-4011 and CF221423-4037) and an associated preliminary development plan (PDP-15-02) for a pharmacy use on property located generally at the northwest corner of W. Main Street and N. Center Street. (116, 118 & 102 W. Main St, 113 W. Shawnee St., 112 & 116 N. Center St.)
