Spring Hill residents are invited to discuss the city’s future with council members, the mayor and city staff in a series of Neighborhood Walk & Talk events. Over the course of five Mondays beginning June 1, guests and officials will discuss ideas for the future of Spring Hill and for local neighborhoods. The meetings will begin in a public space before a group walk of the neighborhood.
The first Neighborhood Walk & Talk will be at 5:30 p.m. on June 1 at the neighborhood pool at Wolf Creek Estates. A second event will begin at 6:15 p.m. that night at the neighborhood pool at Prairie Ridge.
At 5:30 p.m. on June 8, a group will meet at the pool area at Brookwood Farms. At 6 p.m., a group will meet at the intersection of 201st and Falcon Ridge Drive near Maple Ridge. At 6:45 p.m., guests are invited to meet at the pool at Woodland Ridge.
Other walking tours will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on June 15 at City Park. From 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Spring Hill Community Center on June 22; from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on June 29 at Blackhawk Park.
