NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Gardner, Kansas will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following item:
 
Case No. Z-15-01: Proposed rezoning of approximately 156.1 acres from RP-1 – Planned Single-Family Residential District, RP-3 – Planned Garden Apartment Residential District, C-O – Office Building District and CP-2 – Planned General Business District to A – Agricultural District for property located at the northeast corner of Waverly Road and W. 167th Street. Property tax ID CF221414-2003 and CF221414-2001.
 
Case No. CUP-15-01: Proposed conditional use permit to allow for oil extraction wells in the proposed A – Agricultural District on approximately 156.1 acres located at the northeast corner of Waverly Road and W. 167th Street. Property tax ID CF221414-2003 and CF221414-2001.
 
Case No. Z-15-02:  Proposed rezoning of approximately 6.90 acres from RP-5 – Planned Apartment House District and CP-2 – Planned General Business District to CP-2 – Planned General Business District (property tax ID CF221435-4003 and CF221435-4004) and associated preliminary development plan (PDP-15-01) for approximately 19.09 acres of property (property tax ID CF221435-4003, CF221435-4004, CF221435-4005, and CF221435-4001) located approximately 211’ north of the intersection of S. Gardner Rd and W. 188th St, on the west side of S. Gardner Rd.
