NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Gardner, Kansas will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following item:
Amendments to Chapter 18.140 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Gardner Kansas, Title 18 Zoning of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding standards regarding keeping of animals and gardens.
Amendments to Chapter 18.160 and other chapters of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Gardner Kansas, Title 18 Zoning of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding adding provisions for the application for a Conditional Use Permit to reduce the parking standards for a site.
Amendment to Section 18.05.035 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Gardner Kansas, Title 18 Zoning of the Gardner Municipal Code, including Section 1.6.2 of the Gardner Design Standards regarding building material transitions.
Amendments to Chapter 18.185 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Gardner Kansas, Title 18 Zoning of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding provisions for concurrent submission and review of Preliminary and Final Development Plans.
Amendments to Title 8, Chapter 8.100 of the Property Maintenance Code and Title 18, Chapters 18.140 and 18.160 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding the storage of hauling trailers and recreational vehicles on residential property.
Amendments to Title 17 Subdivision Regulations of the Gardner Municipal Code regarding minor subdivisions.
