Several Gardner residents will be asked to fill out a citizen survey in the upcoming weeks. The 2014 Citizen Survey will ask citizens for feedback on a variety of issues including the quality of the city’s social media presence, the quality of its digital communications including the newsletter and activity guides and thoughts on the 2015 expiration of the city’s park and pool tax.
Gardner last surveyed citizens in May and June of 2011. Approximately 2,000 households received surveys. Of those, 816 completed the survey by phone or mail.
Participants in the survey are selected at random. Information from the survey is used to identify potential improvements and in considering future projects and budgeting.
