Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Gardner, Kansas will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following items:
CASE NO. BZA-13-02: A variance request from Section 18.85.050 of the Gardner Municipal Code from the 45’ maximum structure height standard in the C-3 (Commercial) District to allow for the construction of a 75’ tall flag pole at 2000 E. Santa Fe Street.
CASE NO. BZA-13-03: A variance request from Section 18.25.060.A of the Gardner Municipal Code from the 25’ rear yard setback standard in the R-1 (Single-Family Residential) District to allow for a 20.5’ rear yard setback at 324 W. McKinley Street.
