The monthly meeting of the Morning Glory 4-H was called to order on Thursday, Aug. 26. This month we shared the floor with the Pioneer Club from De Soto, Kan. Jocelyn Finley lead us in singing Row, Row, Row your Boat. Reports were given by the members with three thank you notes from prizes won at the fair, quizzing over Parliamentarian points, and our Safety Officer told us about having a bed time routine. It was announced that the fair banner received a purple and our club float won second place in the 4-H division. The big thing up next would be record books for the past year with all the fun things we accomplished. Wyatt Simpson gave a project talk about pig breeds and what buyers look for to purchase. It has been a fun filled summer in 4-H, To Make The Best Better!
