Trustees, Creditors, Successors and Assignees
of such defendant as are or were partners or in

GREGORY S. BOKAY (DECEASED) AND THE UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS:
 
            YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, by the United States, on behalf of Farmers Home Administration, now Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture, by and through the United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, praying for judgment against borrower Gregory S. Bokay (deceased), in the total amount of $121,453.58, including principal of $85,620.48 (which includes unpaid principal of $68,392.08, advances of $15,861.34, escrow of $1,323.73, and late fees of $43.33); and $35,833.10 interest accrued to August 21, 2012 (which includes principal interest of $33,196.43 and interest on advances of $2,636.67); plus daily interest accruing at the contract rate of $17.8893 (which includes daily interest on principal of $14.5216 and daily interest on advances of $3.3677), and for foreclosure of a real estate mortgage executed on February 19, 1993, covering real property located in Johnson County, Kansas, described as:
