The Trails West Barbershop Chorus presented “It’s a Grand Night for Singing,” great American music from film and stage, Nov. 3r at the Bell Cultural Center, Mid-America Nazarene University campus.
The barbershop group, made up of 35 members from Johnson County, presented its 12th annual  Harvest of Harmony. With songs like “ Over the Rainbow” and “As Time goes By” the audience was treated to old-time favorites and precision harmony.
The featured headliners for this production was a quartet named “Premium Blend”. Their arrangement of “Ghost Riders In The Sky”, was a crowd pleaser.
Trails West Barbershop Chorus includes men from high school through retirement age. They performance and deliver special Valentines songs and candy in February. Part of the proceeds go to scholarships for selected area music students.
