Request for Proposals for
Construction Inspection Services
For Big Bull Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility
The City of Edgerton, together with the City of Gardner, is hereby soliciting proposals from interested firms to provide construction inspection services for the construction of Big Bull Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility and associated improvements. The selected firm will inspect a joint design build project to construct force main trench and gravity interceptor from approximately the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Intermodal Facility just north of 191st Street and Homestead Lane to the location of the new plant at Homestead Lane and Interstate 35, referred to as the Cooperative Facilities. The project also includes facilities for the City of Gardner to connect into the cooperative facilities including a lift station located at 191st Street and Waverly Road, gravity interceptor and force main trench. Interested firms should download the entire copy of the Request for Proposals at or pick up a copy at Edgerton City Hall at 404 East Nelson. The City will host a pre-submittal meeting on May 16, 2012 at 2:30 PM at Edgerton City Hall. Interested firms are invited to attend. Bid proposals will be received from qualified firms until 4:30 PM on May 24, 2012 at the Edgerton City Hall at 404 East Nelson, Edgerton, KS 66021.
