The Tallgrass Theatre Company is using our building this week during spring break for Theatre Camps for kids.
We welcomed two new members by reinstatement Karen and Lindsey Angell.
After a short business meeting the program was given by Ed and Patsy Bruns, Ed talked about their experiences of storm chasing and showed pictures.
It was a very interesting and informative program.
Ed and Patsy have named their Storm Chasing group Staking Awesome Weather (SAW). They had seen the IMAX film “Tornado Alley.” There were a few pictures of Joplin Mo after the May 22 F-5 tornado.
Ed stressed the importance of readiness and taking cover when the sirens go off.
