City contractors will begin a Pumpkin Ridge Street improvement project Oct. 17. The street upgrades will limit access to five residences on Witch Hollow Street while asphalt in the cul-de-sac in front of the homes is removed.
Officials are recommending that those residents park down the street on Monday, Oct. 17. Residents should have access to their driveways by Monday evening. Other residents in the construction zone will be asked to remove their vehicles from the street during the construction period.
The road maintenance project also will create detours. Posted detour signs will direct traffic from Stone Creek Drive to Wildcat Run and Moonlight Road. Creekside Drive will be closed to through traffic during all phases of the project. Officials anticipate the project will be completed by Oct. 29.
