Scrapbooking is a way to preserve personal and family history in the form of photographs, printed media and memorabilia. Whether you are just getting started in scrapbooking or you’re already an expert, this is the group for you! There will be plenty of room to spread out and work on your projects. Share and receive creative ideas with others and make some friends.
Bring dinner, snacks and drinks with you- a microwave and refrigerator are available. From beginners to advanced, all skill levels are welcome.
Scrapbooking event takes place from 6 p.m. to midnight, Oct. 14, 3 p.m. to midnight, Nov. 5, and 6 p.m. to midnight, Dec.2. Cost is $5. Event is open to persons 18 years and older, at the Senior Citizens Building. Registration deadline is the Thursday prior to crop.
Laura Ingalls Wilder: Voice of the Prairie

Don’t miss this dramatic play for young audiences. Laura Ingalls Wilder: Voice of the Prairie is based on the true story of the great American author. From “The Little House on the Prairie” to her fascinating rise as a literary star, this play brings insight to the beloved children’s books and celebrates a remarkable life! Argon Ship Improv will open the show. The production is directed by Sandy Miller and presented by Tall Grass Theatre Company.
Showtimes are 7 p.m., Oct. 14 and 15, and 2 p.m., Oct. 16. There is a $8 at the door with a suggested donation of non-perishable items for the Multi-Service Center. The performance takes place at Wheatridge Middle School.
Edgerton Seniors Pot Luck Luncheon
