Alice Faye Posch, 71, of Spring Hill, KS, passed away January 27, 2011 at her home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, January 31, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gardner, KS.  Burial will follow at St. Columbia Catholic Cemetery, Gardner.   Visitation will be from 4 – 6:00 pm Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner with a Rosary at 6:00 pm.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Building Fund or Olathe Hospice.  Condolences may be sent to www.brucefuneralhome.com Alice was born January 19, 1940 in Wichita, KS to Alfonse E. and Frances Elizabeth (Belton) Bosh.  She graduated from high school in Lincolnville, KS and attended Wichita Newman and K-State.  Her first job was a bookkeeper for the Lincolnville Elevator.  Alice married Robert Michael Posch on June 10, 1967 in Pilsen, KS.  They moved to Wichita, and then the Olathe, Spring Hill area 25 years ago. She worked for the Bishop at the Cathedral in Wichita.   She was a receptionist and bookkeeper for Adolescence Treatment for Children in Olathe, retiring in 2002 to care for her beloved grandchildren.  She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and the Altar Society.   She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother James Bosh.  Alice is survived by her husband Robert of the home; sons Christopher R Posch of Lenexa, KS and Jason F. Posch and wife Gayla of Gardner; daughter Becky Butash and husband Brian of Gardner; and six grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler, Dylan, Madeline, Addisyn, and Jordyn.
