NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Edgerton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Edgerton Community Building, 404 E. Nelson Street, Edgerton, Kansas 66021.
At said hearing all interested parties will be heard regarding a proposal to rezone certain real property annexed into the City of Edgerton pursuant to Chapter I, Article 9, Section 6.E of the Unified Development Code from Johnson County, Kansas RUR Rural Zoning District to A-G, Agricultural Zoning District, on the following described tracts:
All that part of the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 14, Range 22, which lies northwesterly of the right of way of state highway now known as U.S. Highway No. 56 as said highway is described in deed recorded in Book 155 of Deeds at page 69, containing less the exception 90 acres more or less, Johnson County, Kansas.
