Bad Habits
For some of you out there your in a state of confusion.  Your trying to decide if you would rather have a great body that either you used to have or one that you dream of having.  You know the ripped arms,  abs or maybe sexy legs and a flat stomach.  Problem is you also want to eat, drink, smoke and not exercise but yet still get that body.
As a Personal Trainer I understand this.  Well I don’t understand it but I definitely know that people struggle with it.  So instead of me writing you an article trying to convince you how eating healthy, giving up bad habits, and exercising will give you all you could ever want.  I figured that we could just go through the pros and cons of giving up that old lifestyle and  getting  a life or shortening yours.  Either way I will leave it up to you.
PRO’S to giving up all the bad stuff
Feel Amazing
Become a Role model to family and friends
Have Energy
Be Active
Have a better sex life
Add years onto  your life
Have confidence
Smile more
Have more money (if you give up smoking and or cut back on drinking)
Buy the clothes you want to buy
Do things you have maybe never done before (like run a 5K maybe)
Have a healthy Heart and Lungs
Reduce your risk for Disease
Prevent injuries
Become a great cook
CON’S to keep rolling with your lifestyle and not make changes
Get Diabetes
·  Be on Medication the rest of your life
·  Feel tired all the time
·  Regret the crappy food you just ate….as soon as you eat it
·  Feel Depressed
·  Be a higher risk for Disease
·  Teach your kids how to go down the same path as you
·  Be Fat
·  Feel Fat
·  Spend more money on bigger clothes
·  Become another obesity statistic in America
·  Become more lazy
·  Have no energy
·  Possibly be on oxygen some day
·  Spend a lot of time at your doctors office
·  Die at an earlier age
I think you guys get the point.  I could honestly go on and on with these lists.  I hope that I pointed out some great points to help you pick the path you want to take.  This has to be a lifestyle change.  You cant just do it half and half.  You cant continue to eat terrible but exercise more and expect it to work.  Because it wont,   at least not for long.  I hope you decide to give up all the bad habits and make new ones.  If you have any questions or comments please don’t be afraid to share them with me.  I would love to hear your guys feed back.
