Served as an executive for the Boy Scouts of America in VA and SC. Co-founder with son, John of Spring Hill Furniture Co. and Mr. Pig’s Restaurant. Retired at age 81, where he enjoyed the YMCA Silver Sneakers Program in FL and MN and most recently his association with Elder Friends in Woodbury, MN. Preceded in death by wife of 62 years, Louise; brother, George Culver. Survived by daughter, Carolyn (Bob) Krueger; son, John Culver all of Woodbury; grandchildren, Eric (Rande) Peyton, Lisa (John) Chambers and Catherine Nielsen; great-grandchildren, Tristan, Zachary and Brock Peyton and Jack and Maddie Chambers; many loving friends.
