Why it is time to get off the Couch
Are you one of those people that likes the idea of a great body but honestly just don’t want to work for it? You have tried everything and still nothing works?  For a lot of you just walking up the stairs might require a puff from the inhaler.  Or your idea of cardio is  your continual path from the couch to the kitchen .  If this isn’t you I’m sure you know someone that would benefit from reading this article.
I am talking about other results that you get from exercising.  Here are just some to name a few :  How would you like more energy, more flexibility,  better sex life,  or better sleep?  These are all benefits and results that a person can notice very quickly with just some moderate exercise.  It is important to note that if you have some health issues it is suggested to go see your doctor and get clearance to start exercising.
If you don’t have any idea what to do or where to start then contact a local trainer like myself or any others to get you started.  You need to make exercising and healthy eating a regular daily task.  Lets face it the couch isn’t going to keep you from developing Diabetes or Heart disease.  And if you think your kids are not noticing what your doing and eating, think again!  In 2009 Kansas ranks 22 highest in childhood Obesity.  We also rank 18th highest as a State in Childhood Obesity.  And according to Men‘s Health Magazine 2010 we rank 6th as the fattest City in America.
So lets get off the couch and change some things.  Let start setting good examples for our friends and family.  Lets get healthy so we can have more energy, sleep better, feel better, and who can complain about a better sex life right?  For questions or comments contact me at legacyfitnesstraining@gmail.com.
