Question: Can I still register to vote in the Aug. 3 primary election?
Answer: Voters can register to vote at any time, but registration for the Aug. 3 primary will close 14 days prior to the election, or on July 20. Johnson County residents can register by visiting and completing an application. The application must be signed and returned to the election office by mail, by fax, or in person by the deadline. The Johnson County Election Office is located at 2101 E. Kansas City, Road, Olathe, KS.  The fax number is (913)791-8934.
Residents can also register at any city hall. First time voters will be required to show identification.
