August 10, 2013 – The 2013 Johnson County Fair Parade started on schedule at 10:30 a.m. on this sunny Saturday morning. After the week of wet, cloudy weather, this bright sunny August day was a more then perfect day for a parade!
The sidewalks accommodated a good size crowd – who saw a hundred Harleys, a cattle drawn carriage, dancing horses, a one wheel cycle rider, democrats, republicans, desperados, marching bands, antique tractors, and bears riding in antique vehicles… and more – all parading down Main Street Gardner!
Our camera was out in the street near the grandstand to catch all of the sights for you! The video above condenses the entire parade down to 20 minutes while trying to show everyone. Enjoy!
