University updates

Hutchinson Community College
Candace Ussery, Spring Hill, has been named to the President’s Honor Roll at Hutchinson Community College. Students earning a spot on the role earned a 4.0 grade point average last semester.

Olivet Nazarene University
Ashley Miller of Spring Hill was named to the dean’s list at Olivet Nazarene University during the recently completed spring 2013 semester. To qualify for inclusion on the dean’s list, a student must have been enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student and must have attained a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.00 grading scale.
Olivet Nazarene University is an accredited Christian, liberal arts university offering more than 100 areas of undergraduate and graduate study, including the Doctor of Education in ethical leadership. Olivet’s main campus is in Bourbonnais, Ill. – just 50 miles south of Chicago.

Taylor University
Ruth Burrell of Spring Hill was named to the Spring 2013 Dean’s List at Taylor University.
Full-time students are named to the Dean’s List when they have earned a GPA of 3.60 or higher for the term and at least 12 hours carry credit point values.
