I think I speak for everyone when I ask, can you please provide your readers with updates on the status of the injured youths?

  2. dthompson says:

We would love to be able to do that, and if we are able to get our hands on that information we will. Health privacy regulations — specifically HIPAA laws — make it virtually impossible to find out the status of hospital patients.

  3. Jack Burden says:

I would also like to know the status of the driver who caused the crash, who is he, has he been charged, is he going to be released? I know for a fact I’m not the only person to feel this way.

  4. Michele says:

Jack, I believe I located that info. Last name was Sprague, L. Was charged with DUI, Aggrivated Battery and something else. I believe it will be a felony charge.
