Toon appointed principal of Spring Hill’s Wolf Creek Elementary

SHES student earns writing honor

Spring Hill Elementary School second grader Olivia Chrisman’s book “Chewbacca the Cha-Cha Dog”  was selected by local, nationally published authors as one of eight favorites. Chrisman’s story was selected from more than 500 entries in the Reading Reptile/Johnson County Library Writing Contest. She attended a reception at the Country Club Plaza Library on Feb. 18.
