Hunters find human skull south of Gardner

Considerable law enforcement activity continued on Tuesday, March 19, along a private road northeast of 215th Street and Gardner Road, one day after a human skull was found in a field at that location. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office had charge of the investigation. An extensive search of the area was being conducted in an effort to locate other bones and evidence that could possibly help make an identification of the remains.
