I-35 project to slow area commuters

Work is underway on an Interstate 35 project that will likely slow commuters this summer and fall. Crews began a project to refresh pavement on I-35 between 151st and Santa Fe Streets on March 16. Gardner woman killed in rollover accident

A Gardner woman was killed in a rollover accident this morning. Twenty-five year old Tamiqua Kendricks was traveling southbound on Interstate just north of Gardner when she her vehicle, a 2002 black Ford Explorer, left the roadway.
