State of city address scheduled

Danedri Thompson
Mayor Chris Morrow will give a state of the city address, March 5.
“We haven’t done it for the last few years,” Morrow said. “And I feel it’s important to recap and highlight things that have taken place over the last year, and layout in broad strokes what we hope to accomplish in the upcoming year.”
Morrow anticipates his speech will last approximately 20 minutes. In other years, a mayoral address has corresponded with a chamber of commerce dinner or other event.
“This speech is just going to coincide with a chamber of commerce, first Wednesday coffee, instead,” Morrow said.
The address is scheduled for 8: 30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5 at city hall.

I am sure all of the “LLC” entities will be there with much back slapping and toothy grins around the room while back at the home site, citizens will be trying to figure out how to pay the bills, such as their utility bills, and keep food on the table…………another 20 minutes of BS for the citizen but cheering in the hall from the takers……………I am sure Sutton and Kiegerl will be there massaging the wallets of the LLC entities………………
