Prairie Moon 4-Hers compete at state level

Prairie Moon 4-H Club was well represented at the 2012 Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson last month.  All the hard work at the Johnson County Fair paid off, when Prairie Moon members became eligible to take their projects to the state fair and compete at the state level.
Grady Allen showed sheep.
Logan Allen showed sheep, goat and beef.
Tate Allen showed sheep and goat.
Amanda Harra entered foods.
Ryan Harra gave a demonstration.
Claira Hollingshead gave a demonstration.
McKenna Holtgraver entered foods and flowers.
Amber Lies did public speaking.
Christina Quinn competed in Dog Showmanship .
Marin Willis competed in Buymanship.
Josh Wilson showed sheep.
Prairie Moon also had members in the Shooting Sports Project competing at the upcoming State Archery Competition on Oct. 6 at the Capital City Gun Club in Topeka.
Austin Woodard has qualified for the competition shooting in open (compound bow) and recurve classes.  Callie Roberts has qualified for the competition shooting in open (compound bow) class.  Prairie Moon wished Woodard and Roberts luck at the competition.
