Mr. and Miss. 4-H coronation Aug. 1

Mr. and Miss 4-H will be crowned at the Johnson County 4-H public Fashion Revue at 7 p.m. on Aug. 1 at Wheatridge Middle School in Gardner.
The Mr. and Miss 4-H program is an opportunity for 4-H youth to be recognized for their leadership, citizenship, and participation in 4-H. The applicants must have at least three years of experience in 4-H. Title winners will represent 4-H programs throughout the following year.
During their reign they will work together as a team to promote Johnson County 4-H and assist the county 4-H program at public functions.
The candidates for Miss 4-H are Sabrina Graham and Kassidy Forshey. Sabrina, 16, is from Olathe and is a junior at Olathe North High School. Her parents are Joe and Michelle Graham. Sabrina is a 10-year member of the Comets Tech Club.
Kassidy, 16, is from De Soto and is a senior at De Soto High School. Her parents are Ted and Monica Forshey. Kassidy is a nine-year member of the Legacy 4-H Club.
Nicholas Graham, 14, is a candidate for Mr. 4-H. He is the son of Joe and Michelle Graham, and a sophomore at Olathe North High School. He is an eight-year member of the Comets Tech Club.
