Morning Glory 4-H

A.J. Meyers
Club Reporter
The May Morning Glory 4-H meeting kicked-off outside with club members enjoying the weather with a game of Red Light/Green Light for recreation. The group then moved inside for the monthly meeting. The president called things to order for the evening and everyone participated in roll call, song, and reports by officers.
Community  leaders talked about the upcoming day camp led by the junior leaders. The camp will be from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on June 16. Club members discussed the times they would be working at the fair in different places. Committee reports were given about the entomology workshop and photography project meetings.
The program was packed with fun things to learn about such as percussion instruments by Lucas Allen, household measurements by Nicholas Allen, dog project by Brenna Hueser and Wyatt Simpson, cattle identification by Emma, Gabe and Victoria Hueser, plus a delicious looking coffee cake recipe by Lucas, Madeline and Nicholas Allen.
